Denver says senior exemption applications must be postmarked by July 15 and are accepted January 2 through July 15, 2026. Exemptions apply only to the year you apply, not earlier years.
Once approved you do not reapply, but you must report a change in ownership or occupancy within 60 days. Denver posts short and long senior forms plus disabled veteran and Gold Star spouse applications on the same page.
